state

requirements
concerning
access

undersigned
agrees
to
hold
Anchor
Investigations,
its officers,
employees
and
any
organization
of
Anchor
Investigations
it
uses
to
obtain
reports,
harmless
from
and
against
any
expense
or
damages
resulting
from
the
publishing
of
report
information.
3.
The
user,
understands
that
all
information
provided
by
Anchor
Investigations
is
only
current
as
of
the
date
provided
and
is
made
available
on
an
"as
is''
basis.
The
user,
understands
that
Anchor
Investigations
cannot
be
responsible
for
the
record
keeping
practices
of
third
parties
such
as,
but
not
limited
to;
county,
state
and
federal
courts,
state
repositories,
state
and
regional
prisons,
local
police
stations,
and
all
other
local,
state
and
federal
organizations.
The
user
recognizes
that
information
contained
in
these
reports
is
secured
by
and
through
fallible
human
sources.
4.
The
user
agrees
to
release
Anchor
Investigations
its
officers
and
employees
from
liability
for
any
negligence
in
connection
with
the
preparation
or
dissemination
of
such
reports
and
from
any
loss
or
expense
suffered
by
the
user
directly
or
indirectly
from
Anchor
Investigations
reports.
5.
The
user
agrees
to
pay
all
bills
for
service
according
to
the
stated
price
in
effect
at
the
time
such
services
are
rendered.
*Law
Firms
and
Attorneys,
who
request
information
during
trial
are
granted
a
ten-day
payment
period.
Anchor
Investigation
MAINTAINS
a
zero
tolerance
policy
in
regards
to
non-payments
for
service.
Violations
of
the
above
payment
agreement
will
result
in
legal
actions.
6.
The
user
understands
that
the
use
of
criminal
records
for
employment
purposes
is
governed
by
The
Fair
Credit
Reporting
Act.
Furthermore,
the
user
agrees
not
to
use
this
service
for
employment
purposes
unless
stated
in
Anchor
Investigations
RECORDS
REQUEST FORM and
accompanied
by
the
potential
employees
signed
authorization.
7.
The
user
understands
that
while
the
information
provided
by
this
service
is
readily
available
to
the
public,
the
user
agrees
that
he/she
assume
all
responsibility
for
the
use
and
dissemination
of
any
and
all
information
gathered
from
this
service.
8.
The
user
agrees
that
this
agreement
constitutes
all
conditions
of
service
and
of
reporting,
present
and
future,
applies
to
all
reports
made
by
Anchor
Investigations
and
is
binding
in
all
states.
COST
&
FEES
1.
Once
we
receive
your
RECORDS
REQUEST FORM,
we
will
begin
our
research
to
determine
the
length-of-time
to
retrieve
the
file,
file
size
and
photocopy
cost.
2.
You
will
be
contacted
and
informed
of
the
total
Research
Cost.
3.
Before
you
receive
your
report,
our
agency
MUST
have
had
received
your
Check,
Certified
Check
or
Money
Order.
*
Law
Firms
and
Attorneys,
who
request
information
during
trial
are
granted
a
ten-day
payment
